UX/UI Development
This project focused on improving the usability and user experience of a multilingual corporate website. The process began with a full UX audit, using the Bastien & Scapin evaluation grid to identify pain points across all pages and languages. A user journey map was then developed to uncover opportunities for improvement in navigation and service access.
To align the redesign with real needs, a comprehensive UX study was carried out, analyzing the behaviors and expectations of potential users, clients, and prospects, each with distinct approaches to the company’s services. The findings were consolidated into a bilan de préconisations (set of recommendations) that guided the creation of a new assets library and informed the design process.
The result was a clearer, more accessible, and user-centered website structure, tailored to a diverse audience.
